This is a fun and surpising appetizer. Try it over some cream cheese, with chips or crackers.
1 cup sweet Cherry Hill cherries, pitted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce (to taste)
Chop your Cherry HIll cherries in food processer or by hand. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.
